Our short term and long term care programs both offer a full activity calendar including various wellness routines and lifestyle options, as well as exercise classes and daily trips.
We offer various therapies such as physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy, for both short term care and long term care. Therapy can help a resident feel better, have more freedom of movement, and overall improve the healing prospects.

Our beautiful, nostalgic murals, painted by Craig Wetzel as a memory of an earlier time in East Liverpool, are on walls all over the building. These murals are known throughout the region, and have had books published featuring photos of these wonderful depictions of a bygone era in East Liverpool.

We offer available private rooms, as well as expansive public areas for you or your loved one to enjoy while relaxing or eating. There is Wi-Fi, flat screen TV’s, cable, telephones, and a warm caring staff to ensure every resident’s optimal comfort.
Each day is a brand new day to appreciate one of our many social and captivating activities. Valley Oaks has an ongoing activities calendar with events and gatherings throughout the month.
